Questions, answered
Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
No need — our cleaners bring everything required, including eco-friendly products as standard. If you'd prefer we use your own products (for allergies or specific surfaces), just let us know and we're happy to.
I have pets — is that a problem?
Not at all. We clean plenty of pet-friendly homes across Birmingham. Tell us about your pets when you book so your cleaner knows what to expect, and we'll use pet-safe products throughout.
What if I'm not home? Can you hold a key?
Yes. Many regular customers give us a key or entry code, which is logged securely and only ever held by our office and your assigned cleaner. Alternatively, you're welcome to be home for each visit — whatever suits you.
Are you insured, and what if something goes wrong?
We carry £5M public liability insurance and every cleaner is DBS-checked and reference-verified. In the unlikely event of an issue, contact us within 24 hours and we'll put it right — including our re-clean guarantee if you're not happy with any clean.
How do I pay and can I cancel?
Payment is simple — by card or bank transfer after each clean for one-offs, or monthly for regular customers. There's no long contract for domestic cleaning; just give us 48 hours' notice to change or cancel a visit.
